BUYER LICENSE AGREEMENT
I’ve made my licensing options as simple as possible yet still providing plenty of flexibility for a wide range of uses.
Personal (Non-exclusive)
The Personal License is for personal use only and not for use on end products for sale. This allows you to use the design for items that are non-commercial, personal social media accounts and any personal use that is not commercially related. The supplied downloadable file is a hi-resolution flat and tile-able JPEG file.
Commercial Unlimited (Non-exclusive)
The Commercial Unlimited License allows you to create unlimited end products for sale. The supplied downloadable file is a editable vector Adobe Illustrator (AI ) file. This allows you to use the design for physical products for sale including clothing, t-shirts, homewares, stationery, accessories, posters, postcards and commercial merchandise with no limit on the production run.
Premium (Exclusive)
The Premium License is for companies / brands that require exclusive design rights. You get all the benefits of our Commercial License plus you get exclusive rights to the design which is removed from the site once purchased. This allows you to use the design for physical products for sale including clothing, t-shirts, homeware, stationery, accessories, posters, postcards and commercial merchandise with no limit on the production run. The supplied downloadable file is a editable vector Adobe Illustrator (AI) file.

Duplication, sub-licensing or resale. Using Amanda McCarty Designs in pornographic, fraudulent, obscene, immoral, infringing, illegal, blasphemous or defamatory material.
